Thoughtful…
home, ADUs, commercial and theatrical designs for the Southern California area endearingly known as The South Bay.
For more than 25 years I've designed homes and guided projects through city approval across Los Angeles County, from the first idea to an approved permit.
Marco Antonio García
I've spent more than 25 years designing homes, additions, and ADUs across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles, and walking them through city plan check until they're approved.
I'm also a trained actor and theater director, which is where the theatrical side of my work comes from. Years on stage taught me how a space should feel to the people inside it, and I bring that to every project.
My style affinities are Mid-Century Modern and old cathedral churches: the clean lines and warmth of one, the scale, craftsmanship, wonder, and healing nature of the other.
Many of my clients come back, and some of their children now hire me for their own homes.
What I design
Every project gets the same care: a careful look at what's there, a clear design, and plans the city can approve.
